The room cleaning was NOT good at all. I found several hairs in the bathroom upon arrival. The room service was slow, and they forgot part of my order. It took them over an hour to bring the missing item. It was annoying to pay so much and receive such inconsistent service.

the location is great. i could easily walk to belvedere palace, and the proximity to the train station was super convenient. the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring i had everything i needed. the hotel provided a modern, spacious room, offering an amazing view, it was fantastic.

the gym only had a few pieces of equipment.
